following the link from a recent post by meznor, phx and i just started the hundred push ups training program, and tomorrow we're starting the two hundred situps training program - so exciting! :D

Those are nifty routines. 100 push-up would be quite the accomplishment. I might thieve your idea later down the line when I'm switching up gym routines.

Until then... I'm thinking about putting Elsie on these programs. I've kinda been thinking about getting her in the habit of working out, and these routines sound perfect.

I also owe you a comment or email on your mix... gimme a little more time to soak it in and I'll hit you with a meaty comment.

"nifty" is not a word that comes to mind when i think of these programs - i'm thinking "hardcore" and such, but i guess for an iron-pumper like urself these might appear nifty and cute, something just right for ur little girl :D
ah, it's all good, i'm just glad i'm finally doing something, and you're right - 100 push ups is gonna kick ass :)
mix commentary would be cool, so dont hesitate and hit me with ur meat! :D

Oh man, I didn't mean to diminish the routines with the word "nifty"... 100 push ups is an amazing feet. I was mostly refering to the progressive design of the routines. Perhaps I should've said "inspired."

well, the fucking exercises went to hell when things started getting shittier at work. and home, with the kids.

Ah bummer! But aside from getting tossed off track by work, how was the progress? Was it a good program?
